How to Pay Your Bill
There are many options for paying your bill. Please note that not all services are
insured and paid for by OHIP. Click here to download current fees for uninsured
services as of April 1, 2023). These fees may apply to:
Ontario residents for uninsured services
Canadian residents for uninsured services
Non-residents to Canada for services rendered.

Use our secure web payment portal that is available 24/7 and receive an immediate receipt by email. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit. You will need your patient account # from the upper right-hand corner of your invoice (See sample invoice below).
Please note that by clicking the ‘I Agree and Continue to Payment’ tab, you will leave the Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH) website and connect to a professional third-party payment service to enter your payment information. Your information is collected and encrypted via a secure server. You will know you are in secure mode when you see a lock icon in the web address. The processing of this payment is subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the third-party company. For your security, CMH does not maintain credit card information in its own databases or on its servers in respect to online transactions. CMH does not control this site and cannot be held liable for the security or performance of the payment form.
