Using the CMH Staff Innovation Fund, the Release of Information (ROI) team came up with a brilliant solution to streamline a once lengthy process by moving it on-line. Prior to this, people wanting their health records had to make the request in person. The Staff Innovation Fund supported the team with a digital solution to remove barriers like having to pay for parking or taking time away from other priorities to make the request.
